Films grown by spray pyrolysis technique: HTc superconducting films of YBa2Cu3O7-x and Tl2Ba2Can-1CunO2n+4+x grown by two kinds of spray pyrolysis techniques. The first generates the aerosol pneumatically, the second one generates it by an ultrasonic transducer. Growth of Co:Cr:Fe oxide films for opt ical usage's through the spray pyrolysis technique.
