La-modified PbTiO3 [(Pb,La)TiO3] thin film can be utilized in many electronic devices because it allows a wide range of ferroelectric properties depending on the La concentration, (Pb,La)TiO3 thin films have been investigated by many research groups; however, fatigue and ferroelectric properties of (Pb,La)TiO3 thin films with various La concentrations have been rarely studied, although they are essential to selecting the right composition of (Pb,La)TiO3 thin film in device applications. In this study, we have investigated the fatigue and ferroelectric properties of PLT thin films with varying the La concentration from 5 to 29 mol%.
